On Tuesday, 16th of August 2016, the “9th Employee Induction Program” of GTT was held for the new employees of Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT). As part of the regular induction program, thirteen (13) new employees participated in the event. Ms Parveen Mahmud, the Managing Director of GTT welcomed the new employees and gave them guidance for strengthening the GTT team by being a valuable asset for the company. All the department heads were also present during the event and shared their views and experience of working in GTT in their respective departments. The program was facilitated by the heads of all concerned departments, senior managers and managers. The Induction Program was tailored to introduce the new employees with GTT’s mission, vision, HR & Administrative policies and the innovative concept of Social Business and Nobin Udyokta program.
