The Social Business (SB) team of Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT) organized its half-yearly meeting on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Social Business Learning Centre (SBLC) of GTT. The agenda of the meeting were to assess the achievements against objectives for the first half of this year, to devise action plans for current half-year, and to discuss on topics such as strategy to attain sustainability, measures to prevent embezzlement, and skills to collect arrears. Mr. M Shahjahan, Honorable Managing Director of GTT, presided over the meeting. In his welcome speech, he portrayed the background of Nobin Udyokta (NU or New Entrepreneur) Program and emphasized on achieving sustainability. Mr. Sultan Ahmed Bhuiyan, CFO & Board Secretary; Mr. Jayanta Kumer Bosu, Team Leader, SB; Ms. Kazi Shaila Sharmin, Acting Head of HR; Mr. K.M. Saleheen, Senior Manager, SB; Mr. Shyamal Mitra, Deputy Manager, SB along with Regional Managers, Area Supervisors, and Desk Officers of NU Program attended the meeting.
