Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT) organized its 12th Employee Induction on 1 February 2017 at the Social Business Learning Centre (SBLC) of GTT. Thirty-Eight (38) new employee, Thirty-Six (36) field officers under Nobin Udyokta-NU (New Entrepreneur) program, One (1) under Internal Audit Department and One (1) under Grameen Poshra, participated in the program where they were acquainted to the vision, mission and goal of the organization. Ms Parveen Mahmud FCA (Managing Director, Grameen Telecom Trust) inaugurated the Induction and welcomed the new employees by giving them guidance for strengthening the GTT team and be a valuable asset to the company.

The program was facilitated by the heads of all concerned departments, senior managers and managers Presentations were given to give a better insight on the innovative concept of Social Business and the activities of GTT. All the department heads gave a presentation introducing their respective departments’ activities and shared their views and experience of working for GTT.
