On Sunday 24th July 2016, Chairman & Managing Trustee of Grameen Telecom Trust(GTT), Nobel Laureate Professor Mohammad Yunus visited the construction site of “Shamajik Convention Centre” at Zirabo, Gazipur along with “Telecom Bhaban” in Mirpur & “Health Complex One Project” in Diabari to see the progress. He was joined by the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of GTT along with other functional heads of GTT. Also present were the other MDs of the Grameen Family of companies. Professor Mohammad Yunus congratulated the Project & Infrastructure department & the construction team of GTT for their brilliant work in bringing the Shamajik Convention Centre to a stage where it could host Social Business Day.
