Nobin Udyokta field staff refreshers training for the field staffs of Rangpur division, 2018 took place on 02 March, 2018, with the presence of 72 field staffs. It was chaired by Ms. Parveen Mahmud, (Managing Director, GTT). Mr. Manjur Ahmed, (Head of HR and Admin., GTT), and Mr. Jayanta Kumer Bosu, (Team Leader, Social Business and Program Support) was present as speakers in the program. Mr. Ahmed, (Head of HR and Admin., GTT) discussed HR and Administration related issues. Mr. Bosu, (Team Leader, Social Business and Program Support) discussed different aspects of NU program, enhancing the quality of field work and to make the future program better. He also discussed women entrepreneur program guideline, best employee awards and increasing the number of women entrepreneurs.
