Youth Entrepreneurship

"All human beings are born entrepreneurs. Some get a chance to unleash that capacity. Some never got the chance, never knew that he or she has that capacity." Muhammad Yunus

Youth is the driving force to bring positive changes towards development. Grameen Telecom Trust under its Nobin Udyokta- NU (New Entrepreneur) program invests in social business owned by children of Grameen Bank members. Age limit is relaxed for women. So far 18,366 (March, 2018) employment have been created for young men and women under NU program.

Entrepreneurship is the process by which either an individual or a team identifies a business opportunity and acquires and deploys the necessary resources required for its exploitation. Entrepreneurship involves three main elements such as opportunities, enterprising individuals and resourcefulness. Social entrepreneurship drives social innovation and transforms various fields including education, health, environment and enterprise in development.
