Ms. Parveen Mahmud departed from the post of Managing Director, Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT) on April 16, 2019. All the executives, officers, and staffs of Grameen Telecom Trust bid her farewell on April 15, 2019 in a grief-stricken manner. In the farewell program, an audio visual showing her work in GTT was presented, a ‘manpatra’ (farewell remarks) was recited, and an ‘uttoriyo’, a portrait, and a crest were presented to her. New Managing Director Engr. Md. Ashraful Hassan along with all the Head of Departments shared their experiences of working under such an admirable leader like Ms. Mahmud. Ms. Parveen Mahmud also addressed her farewell program.
