A delegate from Malaysia led by Idris Jusoh, Honorable Member of Parliament and former Minister for Higher Education, Malaysia, visited Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT) on September 26, 2018 to learn the work of GTT and to know how social business (SB) is being operated in Bangladesh.

In the meeting Ms. Parveen Mahmud, Managing Director, GTT shared her experience of working in the sector of social business and informed the delegates about the leaders in this field as well as their contributions. She was assisted by Mr. Jayanta Kumer Bosu, Team Leader, Social Business; Mr. Abu Nayeem, Manager, SB and Mr. Mehdi Imam, Deputy Manager, SB.

Mr. Rosol Wahid, Honorable Member of Parliament Malaysia, MP’s officers Mr. Mohd Rozali Embong, Mr. Abdul Rani Mohd Amin and Mr. Mohd Najib Mohamad Rushdi were also present in the meeting.

The meeting ended with a photo session and putting remarks on the visitor’s book.
