On 5 September 2016, the field staffs of Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT) participated in its 6th Refreshers Training. The objective of the program is to enhance the skills of the employee, working in Nobin Udkyota-NU (New Entrepreneur) Program of GTT. It was held at Jobra, Chittagong and Nine (9) staff members from Potia, Mirsarai and Jobra unit office participated in the training session. The training was facilitated by Mr. Jayanta Kumer Basu (Team Leader, Social Business and Program Support) and assisted by Mr. Shymal Mitra (Coordibnator, Nobin Udyokta) of GTT.

Along with regular In-house employee induction and trainings, GTT also provides regular refreshers training to the NU staff for capacity development in order to ensure successful implementation of Nobin Udyokta program.
