The social business venture undertaken by GTT and Lustre (an NGO) empowers poor farmers through establishing a business for producing quality sweets and yogurt to be sold in the local markets of Niamatpur, Naogaon.

Started in June 2014, the business addressed the local socio-economic problems through promoting employment opportunity, market access for the milk producers, creating scope of empowerment for the village community and developing their livelihood.

‘Lustre’ purchases quality dairy from local farms and gives them the best price of the market, which ensures income consistency for the farmers.
