Capacity-building that is designed to enhance the social and environmental problem-solving knowledge and skills of young entrepreneurs through sustainable business models, the entrepreneur gets technical and vocational training and consultation. GTT builds capacity of its staffs and young entrepreneurs under NU and SBLIF projects. The staffs of GTT are given regular training. The entrepreneurs are given training on accounts management and business development.
